Refund Policy

All Sales Final
All sales made through my website and in personal are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for any products or services purchased, unless otherwise specified in this policy or required by law. Please read the descriptions of listings prior to purchasing. I am not responsible if you do not read the descriptions. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Wear and Tear
Please note that normal wear and tear may occur with repeated use of these products. I am not responsible for any deterioration or damage resulting from regular use, mishandling, or improper care. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper maintenance and care of the purchased items.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions 
Exceptions to my no-return, no-refund policy may be made in cases where required by applicable law or regulations. Any such exceptions will be determined at my sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery times provided on my website are approximate and serve only as guidelines. Orders generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days (sometimes up to 15 business days), but actual delivery times may vary and are dependent upon the carrier.

Please place orders well in advance to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner (at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance to be safe). Please note that holidays may affect these estimates. You will be notified once I have left your package with the shipping carrier (see tracking information below.) I am not responsible if the shipping carrier delivers the order late. 

Custom Orders
Processing time is the time from when you place an order to the time your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. For custom orders please allow 5 to 10 business days processing time for me to create and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Please place custom orders well in advance to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner (at least 4 to 5 weeks in advance to be safe). Holidays will affect these estimated times. I am not responsible if the shipping carrier delivers the order late. 

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders whenever possible. This will be sent via email. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and contact the carrier directly with any delivery concerns or inquiries. Smaller items, such as keychains, will not have a tracking number unless ordered in bulk.  

Claims and Disputes
If your package arrives damaged please contact mika@mikagoshiendesigns.store ASAP to file a claim for a refund process. 

If your order is damaged you must provide the following photos for a claim:
- The outside top & bottom of the damaged package (label showing)
- Inside of the box with packaging materials
- The damaged item
- Close up of the damaged item

If a package is lost or is scanned as delivered but is lost/you did not receive it, please email mika@mikagoshiendesigns.store ASAP so I can submit a missing package claim with the carrier. I am not responsible for any stolen packages.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase. I am not liable for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

At the time of check out, please ensure you have the correct address. Your address cannot be changed after you check out. I am not responsible if package is not delivered due to pets or construction.

Changes to Shipping Policy
I reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to my website.

Custom Order Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits
To initiate a custom order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the purchase of necessary supplies and materials. The remaining balance will be collected upon completion of the work before shipment. Upon receipt of the deposit & completion of the order, we will collaborate to determine the best shipping method for your order. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time
Processing time is the time from when you provide all necessary information to me to create your order & place an order to the time your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. For custom orders please allow 5 to 10 business days processing time for me to create and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Please place custom orders well in advance to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner (at least 4 to 5 weeks in advance to be safe). Holidays will affect these estimated times. I am not responsible if the shipping carrier delivers the order late. (Review the Shipping Policy above for more information)

Rush Orders
If you require expedited processing for your order, please contact me to discuss rush order options at mika@mikagoshiendesigns.store. In the rare event a rush order is accepted, and additional fee will be applied depending on the complexity and timeline of the request.

Right of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse any custom order request that I am unable to accommodate due to time constraints or lack of necessary expertise. Decisions regarding refusal will be communicated prior to receiving the initial deposit. In the rare event that a custom order cannot be completed within the specified processing time, I will either request an extension or provide a refund of the initial deposit.

Social Media Policy
I take pride in creating memorable items for my customers, and I'm excited to showcase the work I do for you. Throughout the creation and completion process, photos may be taken to capture the journey of your custom order.

I typically share these photos on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, my website, and more to celebrate my craftsmanship and showcase my creations. However, I respect your privacy preferences.

If you prefer that your items not be shared on my social media channels, please communicate this to me beforehand. I'm happy to accommodate your request and ensure that your custom order remains private.
